Huh? That's Steve Olson. I could tell just from his face, didn't even need to see his board.
It definatly has the shape of the brooklyn banks, but the background looks different. But I was there 25 years after this photo
yeah, I saw the deck, but wasn't sure.
He was voted Skateboarder of the Year in 1979(?) by the readers of SkateBoarder Magazine. He was one of the riders who helped establish the link between punk rock and skateboarding. He still rides slalom with Black Leather Racing.
