Dudes, it was a hell of a night.

Bryan and Heather, thanks so much for the "Philly Style" hospitality. And no in this case "Philly style" hospitality does not mean that I was punched in the nuts. (although I was)

I'm looking forward to having the opportunity to repay all the favors.

Monday Night

This improvised rear fender worked awesome but it had the drawback of forcing me into those super pretentious track bike mounts where you swing your leg over your handlebars. (douchemount) Doing that in public always makes me a little queasy.

Cool Story Bro

I spent one summer in college living and working in Door County Wisconsin. We lived in one side of this shitty half-condemned house behind the hotel we worked at (the other side was infested with raccoons).

One time I got out of the shower and leaned into the bathroom counter to wipe the condensation off the mirror. As I leaned in my junk fell into the dick height top drawer which was open 1/4 of the way. My weight pressing closer to the mirror slammed the drawer shut.
It all happened so fast there was nothing I could do.
Hurt for a week.

And that was the time I accidentally slammed my dick in a drawer.

Track or Treat 4 Flyers and Handbills

Even though it's super last minute and probably of no real consequence, tonight I had some copies of the flyer and handbill printed up. This design is way too rad not to exist in the physical world. They'll be at Behind Bars and Angry Catfish this morning, and I'll be running around to the other shops to drop some off tomorrow evening. I know it's dorky but I can't wait to hang one up in my office and workshop.

yep it's true. The powers that be have determined that the Homie has gotten too god-damn big for it's britches and are calling quits.

In it's place comes the Foamy Aufroad Classic.

This is a return to the true spirit of the original HFF when it was the series finale of the Frosty Mug Series.

Friday in Madison

On a whimsy sort of thing, Luther and I decided to go for a change of scenery and headed to Madison.
Hit up the Union for some sports drink -

All in all a really near perfect day - until we were riding home and I crashed to avoid some fictional thing/ get rad - and I landed on my head, AGAIN, for the third time this summer. This time I only broke my glasses. Maybe someday I'll wreck something loose and crash myself into a genius. Fingers crossed.
