The idea is that they will deliver produce and food from the Farmers Market to your home. You purchase any number of packages:
Example
For boxes this week (delivered on July 10th) we expect:
Single: Salad Mix, Peas, Radishes, Cucumber, Parsley
Double: Single + Lettuce, Spring Onion, Tomatoes or Broccoli
Family: Larger portions of Double + Dino Kale, Bok Choy, Strawberries, Cilantro
and Randy will purchase the items and deliver them to your home, making it convenient for you to purchase items directly from local growers without the hassle of getting up all early and going to the market yourself. In addition if you find yourself at the market and have other errands to run, for a fee Randy will deliver the items you've selected to your home.
He's also doing the same for folks who belong to a CSA:
1. We go the farm's drop site.
2. We put your share on our bicycle trailer.
3. We pedal your veggies to your home.
I'm also pretty sure that you can pay him to deliver whatever you've got that will fit on his trailer. If you're in need of some cargo bike delivery service support this dude.
Super stoked that our man has invested his time and savings into starting a very cool local business.
