This little beaut was built by Minnesota (heck, let's say cycling) legend Cecil Behringer. (the namesake of the AC Cecil pedal) For those not familiar with Cecil, and this is ultra abriged, he used to operate the Shakopee Velodrome in the burbs and was part of the team that helped create the first titanium bicycle frame along with Pino Maroni.
