I'd put this as mid 90s... the forks are Manitou 3, built by Answer. Forks can always be swapped, but the rear is the same, and those weren't available aftermarket.
The cranks are CODA, which was Canondale's mass production of Pong's MM cranks.
Sweet bike, tho. I worked in the industry (mtb specific) early 90s... this is some nice nostalgia here.
